I am a dedicated and dynamic realtor serving the Central and Southern areas of Nassau and Suffolk County. I was born in Wantagh, raised in Hicksville, graduated Bethpage HS and I have lived within a 15 mile radius my entire life. I have a deep understanding and knowledge of the housing and market trends in these local neighborhoods that only comes from a life spent living here. I have a service background that extends over three decades and my commitment to this community runs deep. After serving in the US Navy, I became a firefighter, a paramedic and ultimately a Registered Nurse. For close to a decade now, I have been working as an RN in one of Long Island’s busiest Level 1 Trauma Centers right in the heart of Nassau County.  My desire has always been service to my community. Now, I do that by making the dream of homeownership a reality for those seeking their piece of the American dream. With my service background, I have been able to specialize in working predominantly with members of our hometown hero community to help them buy and sell homes right here on Long Island.  I designed a program called "The Hometown Hero Initiative" for our frontline service community- including teachers, nurses, police officers, EMT's, firefighters, active military, veterans and more.  It puts real money back in the pockets of our heroes at closing by utilizing professional fee reductions, commission discounts and rebates from the brokerage side. It also focuses on lender initiatives that reduce points, loan origination costs and other fee reduction strategies available to them. I am even able to connect you with state and federal financial assistance programs specifically designed to give grants between $5,000 and up to $20,000 to new homeowners and local heroes as downpayment assistance that doesn't get paid back if proper conditions are met, such as owner occupancy for a defined period of time.

I have established networks and contacts within various lenders and organizations that help first-time home buyers and frontline heroes by positioning them for homeownership through a multitude of special financing programs. Some are specific to groups such as teachers, law enforcement, nurses or military. Other programs are designed specifically for first time homebuyers (usually defined as a person who has not owned a home for a period of 3 years or more. So if you sold a house a few years ago, you may still be considered a first time home buyer under most rules.)
